Bed & Kitchen Den Oever is a luxury furnished apartment for 6 people,
over 100m2 (1100Ft2) living space, suitable to stay for any period you like.

The apartment has two bedrooms sleeping up to three people
per room, ample closet space, a bathroom with bath and shower with shower panel, two toilets, large living room with open kitchen, and a large garden (ca.250m2/2700Ft2) south, accessible through a sliding door from the living room.

For outside there is a barbecue, deck chairs and a freestanding patio roof. In the living room is a Home / Cinema 50" plasma TV, surround receiver with high-end speaker columns, two-tuner HD decoder with recording function, and more than 200 digital and HD channels also LED TVs in the bedrooms, a Blu-Ray / DVD player, a computer with 22 "monitor, webcam and internet. Obviously there is a good WiFi connection throughout the apartment.
The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, stove and hood.
The whole apartment is lit with LED's, and the apartment was built a modern central heating installation. There is a washer and dryer ready for use. Security there CO and fire detectors, and of course a fire extinguisher.

Bed & Kitchen Den Oever is a luxury apartment in the old part of the village Den Oever, it lies on the former island of Wieringen, the head of North Holland. The fishing village of Den Oever has about 2000 inhabitants, and has a unique location, it is both sweet (IJsselmeer) and the salt (Wadden Sea) water. This all has to do with the location of Wieringen in the former Zuiderzee. After the construction of the tallest dam in the world, the Afsluitdijk, which connects North Holland and Friesland with each other, the IJsselmeer arose. The dam is over 30 km.(19miles) long.

The apartment is just steps away from the port and the beautiful nature of the Wadden Sea, the IJsselmeer and the Robbenoordbos are within walking distance. Hiking in and around Den Oever is a feast for the eyes, behind dike offers views over the Wadden Sea and the islands, the dike you can admire the beautiful landscape with the slopes of the former island.

Den Oever is via easy to reach the highway (A7), and in the village is a lot of accommodation, such as a grocery store, computer shop, electrical shop, cafés, and (fish) restaurants, snack bar, liquor store, drug store, butchers, bakers, several garages, petrol stations etc. In short, with all amenities. You will also quickly feel at home in this apartment!

Rules/Prices:

Our prices (see: prijs/boeken/beschikbaarheid) are for rental
of the entire apartment, including normal use of electricity,
gas, water and linnen / bedding.
At excesses may be charged additional fees.

Unless otherwise agreed, you pay at check-in a deposit of
€ 360,- this at check-out after inspection and approval
reimbursed from the apartment.

The cleaning costs are standard € 25,- per stay,
provided you leave the apartment tidy. If not,
these costs can get higher, and are deducted from the deposit.
Cleaning fee is not included in the total nightly price.

If you arrive late, or do you not like to run errands yourselve,
please indicate when booking whether you want a basic shopping package. There will be sufficient food for the amount of people
booked. Normally check in from 4:00 p.m. and until 11:00 a.m. to check-out. For special bookings please call.
